Manage suppliers and their account connections

Thanks for your feedback!

Summary

Supplier Administration lists every supplier with rep info, processing emails, terms, and status. Open a supplier to see its details, general and AP notes, and the active account connections that tie the supplier to specific buyer accounts (with sold-to/ship-to and punchout info).

Before you start

  • Required role: Admin

Steps

  1. Go to Suppliers (/suppliers.cfm?supplier_view=1). _(Columns: ID, Supplier, Rep Info, Process Emails, Terms, Status, Edit, Delete)_
  2. Click a supplier to open Supplier Details.
  3. Review or add Supplier Notes (general and AP) and check Active Supplier Account Connections — each shows Account #, Account Company, Sold To, Ship To, Show Catalog, and Punchout Info.
  4. Use Edit to change rep info, terms, processing emails, or status; Save Changes to apply.

What success looks like

The supplier's details, notes, and account connections reflect your edits, and the supplier's status (Active/Inactive) is correct in the list.

Gotchas / troubleshooting

  • "Process Emails" controls which inbound supplier emails the platform acts on — confirm before enabling.
  • Account connections drive which buyer accounts can see a supplier's catalog and use its punchout; missing connections are a common reason a buyer can't see expected products.
