Manage Country of Origin (COO) and TAA compliance

Screenshot

Summary

Country Of Origin Administration maintains the COO list — name, code, and whether it's TAA compliant — used to flag products for federal purchasing rules.

Before you start

  • Required role: Admin

Steps

  1. Go to Configuration ? COO Mappings (/coo.cfm?coo_view=1). _(Columns: #, COO Name, Code, TAA Compliant)_
  2. Add or edit a country with its Name and Code.
  3. Set the TAA Compliant flag correctly.

What success looks like

COO entries carry the right TAA flag, so products tied to those origins are correctly eligible (or not) for federal/GSA purchasing.

Gotchas / troubleshooting

  • TAA compliance drives eligibility on federal contracts — an incorrect flag can surface non-compliant items to government buyers.
