Manage and upload Ship-To mappings

Summary

Ship-To Mappings link a customer/agency ship-to code (and permanent code) to a physical address, with an approval flag. Search and approve mappings individually, or load many at once with Upload Ship-Tos.

Before you start

• Required role: Admin
• For bulk loads, have your ship-to file ready in the expected format

Steps

1. Go to Ship-To Mappings (/shipto.cfm?shipto_view=1). _(Columns: Agency, Account, ShipTo Code, Permanent Code, Address, City, State, Zip, Approved, Actions)_
2. Use Find to locate a mapping by agency, account, or code.
3. Review the address and set Approved where correct (use row Actions to edit).
4. To add many at once, open Upload Ship-Tos (/shipto.cfm?shipto_upload=1) and upload your file.

What success looks like

Mappings show the correct address and an Approved status; approved ship-tos are usable on orders for that account.

Gotchas / troubleshooting

• Unapproved mappings may block order submission for that ship-to — approve before the customer orders.
• "Permanent Code" distinguishes a stable, reusable ship-to from a one-off; keep it consistent across uploads to avoid duplicates.
